The pioneer vineyard of Joadja Winery, which we commenced planting in 1983, has 15 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Malbec and Sauvignon Blanc with grafted  Pinot Gris in its second year. Kim has been part of the development of many other vineyards in the area and is highly enthusiastic about this cool climate region.        Now the Southern Highlands Wine Region, which became officially listed in 2002, has 60 vineyards, 15 cellardoors and 6 winemaking facilities,  producing a wonderful range of wines and styles.         Why not start your wine trail at the beginning with Joadja Winery....
